Misty loch

Something a bit different for swimming today. The Kyle of Sutherland swimmers had once again organised the Highland Sauna to come onsite at Migdale. It was a super chilled experience, between three mini dips and three visits to the sauna. The loch was completely flat, with highly atmospheric mist hanging around the hills. Very enjoyable, and not even that cold (well, the water was, but not the air). An extra shows the loch in all its glory.

Back here around lunchtime, I spent the afternoon finishing a book (which means that if I can read two between tomorrow and Tuesday I can make 30 for the year....so they will have to be short), and then M and T came round for drinks and snacks. We'd had to postpone their visit last Friday because Mr A was not well enough to receive visitors, so it was good to see them today and catch up properly.
