Home James . . .
. . . and don't spare the Bathtub!
We left the Mull cottage at 10am and stopped off at Daughter One's flat for a while before driving the 30-odd miles back to Craignure along the misty and wet single track road. The hillsides were streaming with waterfalls - it would have been good to stop for pictures, but suitable places to park are rare.
My Blip today is of the Chugging Bathtub, aka Loch Frisa, approaching the pier through the gloom. An hour or so back to Oban, then ten minutes drive back home. I felt sorry for some of the tourists who might be facing long drives back to Birmingham or Dover or wherever they've come from for Christmas on Mull!
A good few days away - I think Rosie was glad to see us back!
