Crayfish time

A different lunch for us as we had to take it to Prue so it was a chilled cucumber soup, crayfish salad, cheesecake and ice cream.

We had a nice wee private room and Prue lasted a good two and a half hours before she needed to rest. So we and Sue headed back for a seat in the garden and to share some nicely chilled Chardonnay.

Way too many gifts were shared but it’s been a lovely peaceful day with a great catchup with MJ, his wee boy, and brother, a bit later. And, of course, lots of messages and phone calls which is what Christmas is all about really.
