BMW

Says it all, even if I'm a BMW driver! There are 5 parking spots here at very centre of Ottobeuren, on marketplace in front of the townhall.  
1 x for disabled
2 x anyone
2 x EV cars while charging 

This arrogant  xyz, has not only parked over the two EV spaces, is not charging but can't anyway as it's a petrol car. What's wrong with people?
