The Rain In Spain

Those of us who live here think that an overcast day with a sprinkling of rain (about six drops on the windscreen - I counted them all) is a bit of a Godsend at the end of July.

Today was much cooler and it enabled all sorts of everyday chores to be accomplished without having to do them in the ever-increasing heat.

Of course it is Saturday and thousands of holiday-makers have arrived and thought "Err, what's occurring with the rain??"

Don't worry. It will be back to stinking hot (36 degrees forecast) tomorrow and you'll go red and then be sore and then peel in time to go home.
