I woke up with a headache today and couldn’t shake it off. Definitely not alcohol related! I walked into town as I hoped some fresh air would help. It didn’t. I tried sleeping. That didn’t help either. Fortunately I had made the lasagne for today’s dinner yesterday. J arrived late afternoon and did most of the work getting ready for dinner. Thank goodness I had prepared the lasagne yesterday. As soon as J left I went to bed.
