9 To 5

Well it certainly feels like a 9 to 5 job getting ready for Christmas.

We had an Ocado delivery this morning, almost everything was available. Phew! No red cabbage though.

No problem. We collected the turkey this afternoon from Waitrose. I think this delivery and collection routine works well. If there is anything missing in the morning we can look for it in the afternoon in Waitrose. So we did manage to get some red cabbage and a few other missing items from our list. The lady on the till in Waitrose said 'my, that is a big turkey!'

I think daughter#1 may have got some red cabbage too on their shopping expedition to Canary Wharf. We may have red cabbage overload!

They are behind schedule anyway, so will now be with us tomorrow rather than this evening.

For my blip I spotted daughter#2 doing this cross stitch. Some of you blippers or blipper's wives may notice the deliberate mistake. It might be finished this time next year. I will keep you posted.
