Another great day out with our visitors. We went into town for lunch at the Italian restaurant Contini. We like it because the soundtrack is unimposing, quiet, and NON Screechy! In fact it was great. The food was also good - we were all pleased with our choices.

We had a super lunch, with copious amounts of wine - they were very diligent in filling glasses up!

The boys went off shopping afterwards, while the ladies had a look around a few shops in George Street before we caught the bus home.

The young lad had gone for a visit to the gym with JR in the morning, and was keen to go again in the afternoon on his own. The rest of us popped over to Hazel’s for a super evening of (more) wine, food and chat. The Aussies LOVED Hazel’s flat, and we had perhaps too much wine there… had to postpone Elizabeth’s return with Archie - just as well she’s flexible. I love it when different friends all get on well!

The weather was lovely. The predicted winds and rain did not arrive. And it has warmed up considerably. Next week promises to be even better. So, no white Christmas this year.
