A quick blip tonight.

Our middle son and his family were due to be in Poland for Christmas but the holiday had to be cancelled because our youngest granddaughter H, who is 5, has been very unwell for the past five days. She is currently in A & E on the advice of a doctor friend because her temperature was up high again this evening.

Her big sister L is now here with us while her parents are at the hospital, and is behaving impeccably. She’s being entertained by The Traveller and his partner, who are doing a brilliant job. I think it’s going to be a long night for everyone.
