Not very flattering…

… but it’s me in my sparkling black jumper with silver shirt atop it. My nod to Christmas finery. And I do have my party hat on;-))
What a delight it was! I cannot praise the team enough for the wonderful spread which was most certainly fit for a king. And a goody bag to take home just like you get at a kiddies party. Thank you so much to everyone at Mill Street Community Cafe.
And just in case you thought I’d have to get my hands dirty on the BIG DAY let me reassure you that Trinity are offering their Christmas dinner on Christmas day. Trinity and Mill Street liaised so that they didn’t clash and anyone who wanted to, could have both.
The other offering on Christmas Day is from the Salvation Army. They actually have planned a whole day of entertainment which includes lunch so is great for anyone who doesn’t want to be alone at Christmas.
We’re so lucky to have options.

Oh and I nearly forgot..
Going back to yesterday https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/3317159893475001957 this prize wasn’t claimed by closing time yesterday so it was redrawn and I am the lucky winner! It was a two part prize; a free coffee from one of my favourite iced latte cafes, which I will enjoy and the More tea Vicar sign, which I will donate to the vicar. Many thanks to the person who didn’t claim their prize!
