Trains running

Hubby put out the little train track yesterday so I thought it deserved a shot. First job this morning, after a walk and breakfast, was finish the tidying started last night. Emptied dish washer and put everything away. We did all the hand wash last night, well early this morning.
Did a Sainsburys shop after lunch and it was heaving, but I got everything.
Ironing and sorted a cupboard when I got back and then we went for a walk around the streets when it was starting to get dark to look at all the Christmas decorations, not as many as last year but still lovely to see. Hetty got a bit of a fright when a Santa inflated on a house roof, it was massive and she did not approve.
Saturday night so wood burner on and deciding what to watch, we thought Die Hard but think now we will see what else is available.
Message from daughter asking if we can look after grandson for a couple of hours tomorrow morning, so no relaxing morning for me but I would rather spend the time with him anyway.
