Moon walking

The moon still in the sky as I walked the dogs in the morning. Edited my podcast for this week. We talked about Christmas. I marzipanned the mini Christmas cakes I've made for the ranch staff. And made a batch of scottish tablet. I only had golden sugar for it and its definitely got a molasses taste thing I prefer the white sugar with it. It also started setting too fast in the end so I didn't get them smoothed in the tin so they aren't the prettiest. But I'm not eating them all so they will go with the mini Christmas cakes just as they are.
