At last a trip over to North Berwick to see Frances in her new abode, right at the park that leads down into the town. So nice.
She insisted on treating Donald and I to a meal in the Ship Inn and, my, it was good. I had fish pie - excellent, and Donald beer battered fish. I must say my eyes did keep roaming to his plate, grass greener and all that. Donald had non alcoholic Guinness which he swears was every bit as good as the real thing. Home before it was too dark, I don't like driving in the dark these days.

Most wonderful news today that friend and artist Damian has blasted to death his cancer with Chemo and is now free of it!! July 30th positive 3rd stage lymphodema, Dec 19th no cancerous signs, hallelujah!
