Star

I saw this star on the way to carol singing at the social club. I’ve looked it up but there are 4 choices.
It’s really big and bright.
The carol singing was OK but the place was loud with kids running about. The poor vicar couldn’t be heard even with a microphone!
Parents take their kids to the social club and allow them to run riot. Anyway, I sung as loud as I could.
It was much nicer when it was held at the pub which is sadly still closed.
I nipped into Settle on the bus this morning to get chestnuts and cashew butter to add to the nut roasts.
There’s a new cafe in Settle called Nettle. I thought I’d have a snack there while I waited for the bus.
The owner was outside hanging a sign up. I asked if they had any vegan snacks like a cake or tea cakes.
‘0h no’ - she said - we do vegan but not snacks, we’re a bit more upmarket than that.’
Bye then, I said.
I got the presents wrapped.
Started a collage.

Now it’s bedtime.
