From time to time, we think we ought to downsize.  What really holds us back is this view. Where else could we go and wake up to this?
 
Yet when we bought this house some 40 years ago we first saw it in the dark because we were both working full time and the owners never mentioned it.  Imagine our surprise when we returned in daylight for a second viewing. ..
