OK - guess where we went for the day today?

We had a leisurely rising and nipped down to the station. It was a very slow train journey there. We had a yummy lunch in the French House in Soho - blast from the past revisiting lots of old haunts. We went around the National Portrait gallery and shopped around Covent Garden. We then managed to get a fast train link back which was over half an hour shorter!
This blip is taken from the steps of St Martin in the Fields. I used to hang out there all the time centuries years ago when I was at Kings College and I have pictures of my kids sitting on the lions in Trafalgar Square... must be about 20 years ago... Sigh...
