Windy

OMG! Wasn't it windy today. When we went down to the beach first thing this morning, Ann could hardly stand up. Obviously I don't have a problem standing up because I have four legs and I'm nearer the ground, and guess what I found the minute I got onto the beach?................. A manky old ball. Yay! At first Ann thought that I'd brought it from home because it was exactly the same as the one that I take out to play with me so I know that it is very, very, bouncy.

When I got to the end of the beach I jumped up onto the wall to do my normal walking on it but after she'd Blipped me Ann said I had to get down for H&S reasons. Well she didn't want me getting blown of the wall did she?

This afternoon, after Ann had finished work, we went over to Hayle so that I could have a play on the beach there. It was still very windy. And the beach there is massive. And the wind there was strong. I had a great time running around and rolling around on my back, but Ann was struggling to even walk. Do you think it's an age thing? She's never had a problem standing up in wind before???

Anyway, after my walk, we went to Lidl. Obv I had to wait in the car, while she bought 6 bottles of Prosecco. They were £5.49 but with a 'Lidl plus card', she got 70p per bottle off. She'd already told her Scottish friends about this fabulous deal to make them jealous. Lol. Prosecco for under a fiver? It wouldn't happen in Scotland. Not with the minimum unit pricing thing. She bought a load of other stuff too, because she's not sure if she'll have time to do any shopping over the next couple of weeks, because she's working for the rest of her life loads over Christmas/NY. I'm OK, I've got food to last me until the end of January/February. People go a bit mad at Christmas/NY don't they? I bet loads of cheese/nibbly bits/trifles/sweets etc just end up getting thrown out. It is such a waste!

PS – Ann says that her 6 bottles of Prosecco will definitely not go to waste. Lol!!!
