A very brief, late Blip.

Wednesday was a very productive, long day.

I overexerted myself steps wise (over 18,000 steps, eek!} but zero regrets as determined to raise money for Alcohol Change UK by undertaking my paced walking fundraiser.

Today’s steps in the extras…heat pad on tonight/this morning.

Spent time with one of my best friends today, it was fantastic to see him. In addition, spent about three hours with a group of gorgeous dogs. Dogs are free therapy!

Got a fringe trim today, wee tidy up ahead of Christmas, my birthday and Hogmanay. My hairdressers do free fringe trims which are very much appreciated.
