The Gathering

We arriving in Caen after a very smooth ferry crossing. First stop was Bayeux for much needed coffee and breakfast, and more coffee. Wandered the streets to pick up supplies for lunch and then onto see the Bayeux Tapestry. What a fabulous piece of art and story telling - I loved it! We prowled along it several times marvelling at the details.
Then on to our friends, Mark and Jean to commence two days of food and laughter!
