Red Berries in the Snow

Overnight from Sunday into Monday, we got a couple of inches of fresh snow. It's marvelous being retired: instead of worrying about the roads, and wondering whether and how I might make it in to work, Monday morning found me out walking around the neighborhood, in my usual role of self-appointed inspector of snowstorms.
