Catching Up

Another dismal December day... drizzly and damp. I find myself wishing I were somewhere like Colorado, which I believe has 100 days of sun?

We ventured out this morning to meet my friend Caroline - we've known each other for over twenty years when I was her student, now she's doing my job whilst I'm on maternity leave! 

We spent a good couple of hours nattering and Gabriel spent a happy time napping in her arms :-)

Got home about 1pm, and promptly put the bay down to nap. Little B had arrived for the afternoon while Ro and Andy are at a Christmas do, so it ended up me feeling very sleepy, and the dog and the baby both sleeping all in the same bedroom!
