Towards Sri Lanka

It’s another ship day as we sail towards Sri Lanka. There are lots of things to do on board, but we restrict ourselves to destination and history lectures, using the rest of the time for reading, journal writing and photo editing. (I had hoped to catch up with blips on days like these, but unfortunately WiFi is just not good enough for blipping.)Then, of course, there is a fair bit of eating and drinking too! 

Lying round the pool or swimming is out for me due to my medical issues, and G is restricting his time in the sun as much as possible due to his BCCs. It’s hot and humid though obviously far less so when out at sea, but I really don’t think I could lie in the sun! 

And of course, we have our veranda - an ideal place to sit, relax and take photographs - in this case the clouds gathering over the horizon at sunset.
