I got some lovely fresh cod from the fish shop on Broughton St, so made one of my favourite fish recipes - the cod in a crust of flour/mixed peppercorns fried briefly and then doused in this vinaigrette, which is oil, lime juice and rind, mustard, garlic and coriander. Ooh, had forgotten how delicious it is!
