Miniature Phalaenopsis Orchid

A record shot for myself as much as a blip.  This is my smallest Orchid.  Probably not one I would have chosen had I been looking to buy, it was left as a gift by guests at the Lodge.  It was in flower when we got it a couple of months ago and is growing new buds now.  I am definitely much keener on these miniature orchids than I was.

When I say miniature the whole plant including the pot is 20 cm (8") high, the flowers are just under 4cm (1.5") as opposed to the just over 9cm (3.5") of the other white phalaenopsis that I have flowering at present.

My comment on the photo is I should have had the focus a little further back than I did.  Still it works as a record shot.
