Ice Covered Oak Leaf

Another freezing cold day, but at least today it is sunny. I do a wee bit of work, then head out in to town to get my 'flu vaccine. Doesn't take long to get there. Doesn't take long, then I am heading back home. Still sunny when I get home. I have a cup of coffee, and do a bit of work before a short and quick lunchtime walk around the park in the sun. The frost is still there, even in the sunshine. This leaf was found in a shady area.

Afternoon was spent training. During which clouds move in. Unlike yesterday, this does result in melting of frost. It is very dark on the afternoon walk. While the frost has melted, mud is still quite hard though. As we walk down Cockmylane  it is definitely night time. No orange glow to the west. No blue hour.
