The audiologist’s desk was covered in interesting articles as I waited to see her and have her sort out a hearing aid for my left ear. I was amazed to hear birdsong when I emerged. It filled me with joy,

The little family over the road have moved to their new house now. I will get used to that eventually I suppose,
