Midwest Gothic

We accomplished a lot on this runaround, fun day...visited garden centers and picked up a few end of season yard things. You therefore get a drive-by blip of our city's very own grandiose, Gothic, Methodist cathedral.

It looks just a bit out of place across the street from a super modern art center and the skyline of downtown, but I'm sure it makes the people who attend services and weddings there feel like they are in some place very special...like Europe, in the 13th century.
