Hitch hiker or abducted?

Today I was tutoring an athletics coaching course at St Mary's University in Twickenham. On leaving the University I noticed this little fellow hanging onto the passenger side wing mirror and almost two hours later, when I arrived home, he was still there. Not sure how he managed to hang on with the 70mph wind turbulence as we navigated around the M25.
