This woodpecker was determined...

...not to leave the RHS feeder, until it was sure I had captured a decent portrait. When it did go back on a tree, it was far too high up for me to photograph 

There's some more red in my extra, though, as usual, I have no idea what plant I photographed. The bubbles describe this morning's weather perfectly.
