Lidl closed

Left home early to go and do the weeks shopping at the local Lidl. It opens at 8.30am, so I arrived just after, to see a queue of people waiting. As I got out of Mega Breadvan, about 4 or 5 cars suddenly left the car park fairly quickly (people drive far too fast coming into and going out of the car park).

Anyway, went to get a trolley and the queue had disappeared. The automatic doors didn't open as I approached, then I saw a note on the door to say they were closed and would open sometime in the next hour. Very vague.

I put my trolley back and went to sit in Mega Breadvan till 9. While sitting there I saw people come and go, then someone was let in. I thought I'd wait to see if someone else went in - but all those who arrived waited about or went back to their cars and drove off.

I guess that must have been an employee arriving for work. 

So I'll go back tomorrow now, as I want to get on with some work for the lessons on Saturday and Monday. Emma has a school trip tomorrow and Rémy leaves for Ireland tomorrow night. So Mme MB will go and get a few pack up things later on.
