Calm Before the Storm
FRIDAY
It was a calm morning, so in light of the warnings about the impending Storm Darragh, I went outside to secure anything that might blow away. I also spent an extra half hour trimming back some of the overgrown shrubs, as I have two empty green bins to fill.
Late in the morning, armed with secateurs, I set off for a walk to the nearby Y Graig Nature Reserve. I returned with a carrier bag full of holly and yew sprigs, which I plan to weave into this year’s Christmas wreath.
In the afternoon, I made a trip to The Tweed Mill before settling in for the evening.
Just managed to reach 10,000 steps today!
