Stairway to heaven?

Shopping heaven that is.
Storm Darragh is raging in most of the UK and sadly most of the Christmas festivities - markets etc have been postponed or cancelled.  We were going to go down to Winchester for the weekend with friends but have abandoned that.
On a happier note our son in US rang to say they are moving back to California next year as his wife has a job as a pediatrician in LA children's hospital.  They are thrilled and so are we for them.  The big Christmas box l sent them by courier arrived 48 hours later at half the price of Royal mail - a win win.
