Flighty
I've said before that I miss having the feeders in the elder tree since it had to be taken down. We no longer see the infrequent and very welcome visitors such as the nuthatch (nothing to go up and down) and the spatty goldfinches.
As I'm not venturing further than the bins at the moment and forgetting to blip later in the day, I thought I would blip early whilst the sun is shining still ahead of Storm Darragh (which could make for an interesting Parkrun in the morning!). Since the demise of the elder tree, the little birds are much more nervy and by the time I have them in focus, they are off to another branch and I have a set of twigblips. I did capture a blue tit and a dunnock awaiting their turns on the feeders in the shrubbery, but I thought this blue tit in flight sums up the session out of the window.
