Lunch at Hectors

I have been very careful with my timings to fit everything into a very busy day:

06:00 up and out of bed to prepare breakfast for three and ride my exercise bike for an hour
07:15 breakfast served to Mr hazelh and Nick
08:00 shower
08:30 Christmas card writing
09:00 greet Jackie for Thursday's cleaning, then back to the cards
09:45 change into running gear
10:00 run
11:00 shower
11:30 to Stockbridge via the library to meet Nick at Hectors for lunch
12:10 arrive at Hectors (blipped)
14:00 set off home again via charity shops to look for jeans for Mr hazelh and the post office to buy stamps
15:00 seal envelopes of Christmas cards and add stamps to them, start writing three letters to go into Christmas cards
15:45 leave the house again
16:00 hairdresser appointment
17:00 more letter writing
18:00 ring Mummy hazelh and not-so-little sister on Holy Island
18:45 letters all done, soup and sandwiches for supper
19:15 out the house one more time to walk to Leith, and post the Christmas cards on the way
19:45 enjoy Uncle Jack's Band with Bruce and Elly, and Mike nearby, then Jon a little later, at Leith depot
21:00 win nothing at the raffle :-(
21:15 head home
21:45 pack for tomorrow's journey south
23:00 bath then bed

Exercise today: 1 hour on the exercise bike; 45 minutes fartlek run; walking (25,298 steps including run).
