Rainbow of trees

Watched a reel on instagram suggesting that a fun way to swatch watercolours was by creating a row of trees, the tops wet on dry and the bottom wet on wet. So a quick play this evening as the howling wind and hammering rain discouraged my original plan to nip up to the shop.

A busy working day, including chairing another grant panel (less of a marathon than last month). Though I did also send out a “save the date” meeting request to some colleagues for leaving drinks on my last day in the office!

Also heard that a socially engaged photography residency that I was asked to be part of had now secured funding. It’s something that I am really excited about being part of but don’t want to say too much until the contract is signed early next year.

So definitely feeling that I made the right decision to leave the day job!
