Leigh

Through the wind and rain this evening to Leigh for the opening of the exhibition Home: Ukrainian photography and British words at the Turnpike Gallery. An interesting collection of images, some graphic about the war and others more poignant. There were also images made by photography students at the local college, and portraits of some of the Ukrainian families now living in the area.

I am feeling very tired after another busy week (not sure when life’s going to calm down). So I’m glad I went, but happy to slip away after an hour and come home.
