Es i i Shibashi eto heddiw. Gobeithio bydda i'n mynd bob dydd Mercher. 

Dyma oedd fy pedwerydd troi a heddiw cawson ni ymweliad gan 'Age Cymru', sy'n helpu nawdd y grŵp. Roedden nhw'n ffilmio'r grŵp i roi rhywbeth r y teledu yn hwyrach yn yr wythnos. Gwnaethon nhw ofyn hefyd a byddwn ni ysgrifennu rhywbeth am ein profiad o'r grŵp. Roedden nhw ddiddordeb ynddo fi bod yr unig ddyn yn y grŵp, a hefyd oherwydd fy mod yn siarad tipyn bach o Gymraeg. 

Rydw i wedi bod yn ddiolchgar i Age Cymru, yn ogystal â'r athrawon a grŵp. Oherwydd bod y grŵp yn nawdd gan Age Cymru, mae'n rhad, ac oherwydd bod y grŵp yn cael ei chynnal yn yr Eglwys Newydd yn ystod y diwrnod, mae'n gyfleus. Mae'r symudiadau corff yn effeithiol mewn symud egni o gwmpas y corff, ac rydw i'n teimlo ei bod yn fuddiol. 

Felly rydw i'n ddiolchgar iawn i bawb sy'n ymwneud yn gwneud e'n posibl. 

Cwrddais i â Nor'dzin ar ôl Shibashi ac aethon ni i siop goffi ac yna i wneud tipyn bach o siopa.

I went to Shibashi again today. Hopefully I'll go every Wednesday. This was my fourth turn and today we had a visit from 'Age Cymru', which helps sponsor the group. They were filming the group to put something on TV later in the week. They also asked if we would write something about our experience of the group. They were interested in me being the only man in the group, and also because I speak a little Welsh.

I've been grateful to Age Cymru, as well as the teachers and group. Because the group is sponsored by Age Cymru, it is cheap, and because the group is held in New Church during the day, it is convenient. The body movements are effective in moving energy around the body, and I feel it is beneficial.

So I'm very grateful to everyone involved in making it possible.

I met Nor'dzin after Shibashi and we went to a coffee shop and then to do a little shopping.
