Another day like the past week+ days but looking back there’s definite good change. We’ve walked a little more today, I’ve done some more house work, and talked to more friends that I’ve phoned. A friend in Australia, with Parkinsons, tells me that, when he leaves the current surgical outcomes behind, he’s going to go Line Dancing. What a hero eh!

My daughter-out-law in London & I had an interesting conversation earlier. We decided that rather than ‘resting’, we can give ourselves a kindness gift - of taking it easy!
It seems more creative somehow!
