And They're Off.......

The flowers that were on the cactus were all removed this morning ...... so I took them and had a play with them and a torch.
if you are interested they are over Here (the first one looks like some demented grinning beast with a big nose).


I finished urning a square dish (not easy to make and harder to finish). and made a Gonk .... still to do the nose and give it a beard.

SWMBO and I were out for a 'working lunch' at The Larder to catch up with what has been happening and is planned on the 'business' side.
The buffet they lay on is absolutely superb but is nothing that can't be bought across the counter in their establishments or have done for corporate lunches.

Day 4 of the advent calendar is Talisker ......a very nice dram which comes in at just under 60% proof.
