Aptly named Rayne deer run with B

Monday run and a chance to run along the railway line from Rayne (AKA The Flitch Way). B was a bit sore so walked for 2k before returning. I decided to run, going 3k before turning and running 5k to meet B - we then enjoyed a coffee at the station platform where I took the blip.

Lunch at Witham Solero before posting the cheques to Wales.

A new teacher in the aquagym class this evening with music by Elvis and lots of energetic artwork with the weights.  Both G and I enjoyed it.
