Maldon Prom parkrun and Gig race training

A freezing day for a parkrun but the volunteers and runners were all lovely. Not a day for PBs but glad to have run it. Afterwards we visited Sophie's Cafe to process the results. 

In the afternoon  I enjoyed  2 sessions of Gig Rowing in the racing boat. Then we had a session on how to Cox.
