One of the sequoias got damaged in the big storms at the beginning of the year/end of last, probably weakened by the bad storms the year before that.  Some of its fallen limbs badly damaged the roof of the building.  Looks like they are now dealing with the tree in some fashion, not quite clear yet if they are doing surgery or something more radical.  

I was unable to even see the arborist further up near the crown.  I walk by regularly so I guess I will see next time.  I couldn't get the entire scene in one shot but I was mostly interested in the ladder and the architecture together, a fairy-tale mystery type feeling to it.
