Work in progress

The work up the slope proceeds apace. Dug’s pace. He was due to be at some job at Tipperlinn he explains, but the Hire Tool people hadn’t delivered the goods. Our gain, as he and his concrete gofor Nick make a bit of progress on the base of the Wendy house.
A bit of fiddle practice later - I’ve been talked into scraping mine at the boat club Burns supper along with a few others. This meant spending a bit of time transposing! Yes, a tune in G to D. I impressed myself.
And later, a film, the five-star (PB) All We Imagine as Light - a melancholy Indian film which probably nudges into art house territory. I liked it quite a bit - but not 5 stars, heavens noo. And slow.. very slow. Dug’s pace.
