RD for St Andrew's Day parkrun

Dressed in a flag and tartan leggings,  I did my RD duty at the Prom for parkrun. Delighted to see several people dressed in blue and white or tartan. The lovely Ridge Runners paced very accurately and helped several folk achieve PB and year best times. Mr M shared details about the forthcoming Santa run before 3, 2, 1, parkrun,  and they were off - The Proclaimers singing out loud and strong their 500 miles anthem. So much gratitude from parkrun folk, and a nearly complete roster for next week made it all worth while.
