Completion

Emotional day as we finally Completed the house in Maidstone.  Mum and Dad's first home of their own. I had fingers crossed for a smooth outcome - and it all went without a hitch. Lots of memories, and thinking of mum and dad moving in August 1973. Their 13th move in 13 years. They both loved the house. Dad worked hard on the house and garden to make it perfect and mum loved her kitchen, Nathan furniture and fireplace. Now it is for Joel and Melissa to make it their ideal home. I hope that they make many happy memories there. The sun was shining brightly so the new owners moved in to see the house at its best. God bless them in their new life together.

In the evening B and I went out to see an Am-Dram in Stock. An amusing and thought provoking show. My friend Vicky did brilliantly.  I am so pleased for her.
