Grey fellow is home,

Tears, cuddles, food, more tears…..he left home eight months and five days ago. Arriving home minutes after my two day stint in Oban he looks chunky, clean and shiny. He popped through the cat door with a series of loud meows, accepted a head cuddle and then food and more food.  He slotted into the household routine as usual although of course Tiggy isn’t keen on the arrival, I doubt she remembers him, they only spent three weeks together before he was off in March.  Kitty is intrigued with this handsome visitor who isn’t too enamoured with the whippersnapper yet, little one is on the case, he has a cunning plan. 

Another good day in Oban with two splendid CP volunteers. And the lovely people at Pets at Home and of course their customers. A good day although we all felt shattered when travelling home on the ferry, the slow boat to Craignure.  A time to reflect, chat and relax. 

Home to John, a very pleasant cocktail, a good meal and cuddles with as many cats as possible.
