Ilkley

I had a credit note to spend in Paper Kisses in Ilkley, I bought something a couple of months ago then changed my mind. Today I got lovely scented tea lights there. I use a lot of tea lights - they ‘eat up’ cooking smells really quickly.
Two buses to get there but it didn’t cost me anything as I have my bus pass.
I love the little girl in pink is running to her mum.
I met a really nice elderly lady at the bus stop in Hellifield and we chatted while we waited for the Skipton bus, turns out she’s an artist so we had a lot to talk about.
On the way back from Ilkley the bus was full but I found one seat next to another nice lady and we chatted all the way to Hellifield. She was going to Ingleton.
When I got home Frank wasn’t in and Bella was sulking!
I’d forgotten that he was back at the village hall painting the back drop for the play next weekend.
When he arrived back Bella was so excited and sulking was forgotten.
She has now gone for a pint with Frank and Bob next door :-D she’ll be happy as she gets treats from the barmaid!
I’m going to do a bit of sketching now.
