It was 33 years ago today.....

...and it doesn't seem a day over 32.

Our wedding anniversary and we celebrated in style by attending W's early appointment at Norwich Hospital to be poked and prodded before she has some surgery next week.  After that we headed home via the local department store food hall where they had a 10% discount on everything, and just happened to walk past the man giving away samples of cake several times.

We were going to go out to the local posh restaurant tonight but decided instead to have a good meal when we were in London this week, which we thoroughly enjoyed.  I'm still cooking something (hopefully) rather nice and there's a bottle of bubbly on the go.
