Sharing Memories, Making Memories

Mum was very tired today, not surprising after her very lively day yesterday.  She slept a lot and on waking each time she said she felt odd.   Not physically odd but struggling to think straight but after a couple of sleeps during the day, at tea time she said she felt better than she had earlier, that she seemed to struggle to wake up properly.  It's hard sometimes when you're 96.  A visit from Katie this afternoon completed the set of recent visits from her Grandchildren.  They had a lot to talk about.  Katie's off to work in New York in the new year, she's the same age as Mum was when she went to teach in Canada, something she did for four years before she met my Dad.
