Lurgy

A very brief Blip. I have the lurgy and have spent today in bed. Feel awful. There seems to be a lot of colds and viruses doing the rounds. One of my best friends has it too as well as an ear infection.

My asthma is not happy. I will have to try and see a doctor tomorrow if I can. I think I may have a chest infection, I have always been prone to them.

Started reading the first volume of Cher’s memoirs a couple of days ago. Enjoying it so far although reading has been a struggle due to lack of sleep and heavy, exhausted eyes.

I’ve been eating a lot of soup and drinking a lot of herbal teas with honey, taking paracetamol.
